I had a written agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, TX to pay a re-letting fee once COVID was over. The agreement was initiated in XXXX of 2020, and the agreement was for us to " touch base '' after the pandemic ended. I never received anything else from the in regards to the debt. No one ever " touched base '' with me, or tried to reach out to me for the debt before just sending it to collections. I never had a problem repaying the debt. The apartment manager told me to " not worry at all about the payments right now '', due to the pandemic. I have attached supporting documentation. Thank you.
