I have an impeccable on time payment history with XXXX and I am extremely concerned with their abusive and deceptive reporting of inaccuracies as of current. I was in a deferment during covid which was to end on XX/XX/XXXX and so I was not required by law to make any payments however because I had a little bit of money I made to payments on my XXXX student loan accounts one on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$300.00} and the second one on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of XXXX. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) Consumer reporting agencies as well as data furnishers such as XXXX have a vital role in reporting verifiable accurate information and must delete all inaccurate, incomplete information immediately upon notice from the consumer. Attached is the verifiable accurate information that should be reporting on m current consumer report and if they are in violation of it I am entitled to pure a law suit. XXXX as a data furnisher is also Pursuant to 15USC 1692E False or misleading Representation and ( f ) unfair practices and defamation which they have caused and thoughly violated my consumer rights be report such inaccuracies on my consumer report which represent my crediabilty as a consumer and is causing me severe harm and I do intend to file suit if they are non-compliant with these statutes and laws.
