I have been paying my account on time for well over a year and there is proof attached, also the only reason XXXX XXXX marked my payment late was because of a error on the XXXX XXXX website. I was trying to pay at night on XX/XX/2022 and the website was not working. I ended up 1 day off and payed on XX/XX/2022 because their faulty website. That should not constitute a late payment. As promised by the CARES act I should be accommodated and compensated for this headache and emotional trauma that this has caused. Also, I contacted the company to try and get this removed but they would not comply and said that " We do not remove late payments '' My credit went down a TREMENDOUS amount as well and it made it very hard to to obtain new credit, I was also denied for certain credit products due to the fraudulent late payments.
