XXXX Collection Bureau has violated my federally protected rights under the FDCPA. I never received a dispute notice before furnishing neither alleged debt to my consumer report. You are now on Notice to cease and desist all communications from me from all mediums including my consumer report for both alleged debt your office has. XXXX is also using my consumer report with Extortionate means to coerce and swindle me into an payment which is an violation of 18 U.S.C. 892. Any damages suffered from XXXX including but not limited to denial of credit, mental anguish, and emotional distress, will be billed to XXXX in an invoice via mail.
