This is XXXX XXXX and I am submitting this CFPB complaint frsutarted of the Credit Bureaus action of ignoring a consumer 's requests! This is just bothersome! It has been 5 months since my first dispute regarding the fraudulent items being reported by the XXXX and XXXX Credit Buraeus. I have also been sending countless letters requesting that the Credit Bureaus verify the authenticity of the information being reported on my Credit Report. But the Credit Bureaus have failed to do so and continued reporting without sending me copies of documents as proof of their invesitagation. I am now submitting this CFPB complaint to request that the Credit Bureaus remove the disputed items with or without investigation. The Credit Reporting Agencies must remove any item that was opened without my knowledge, consent, or authority within 4 business days with ( 1 ) appropriate proof of the identity of the consumer ; ( 2 ) a copy of an identity theft report ; ( 3 ) the identification of such information by the consumer; and ( 4 ) a statement by the consumer that the information is not information relating to any transaction by the consumer.
