I recently got a response back from Equifax indicating I was responsible for the fraudulent accounts on my credit, but I do have proof they never even investigate my dispute. My account still hasn't been updated, and the XXXX XXXX account on my credit report Equifax is claiming I am responsible for dates are inconsistent. The reported date, and open date are just impossible. My identity was stolen and used during the XXXX Equifax data breach breach, and I received credit repair services from Equifax, but still refusing to dispute my filed disputes. I am not responsible for XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX. I have not done any business with them nor have I signed any contracts with them. I requested documents to verify the method Equifax used to investigate and determine the accounts belong to me on numerous occasions, but I have not received anything as of today the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX. They are violating my rights, and I would like some help with this. I've been battling with this issues, and it is taking a toll on my mental. It has made life extremely difficult for me, I need some professional help.
