In XX/XX/XXXX, I checked my credit report for the first time in a long while. I noticed MULTIPLE accounts that were NOT authorized by me, as well as MULTIPLE addresses I have NEVER been associated with. Some from other states! My score itself was so low due to these unauthorized accounts. The total debt accumulated from these unauthorized accounts is roughly {$10000.00}. I IMMEDIATELY contacted each creditor via phone AND letters. Called creditors the same day ; XXXX XXXX sent Letters via mail a few days later, still in XX/XX/XXXX. I was then advised to submit an identity theft report as well as a police report. These were completed in XXXX of XXXX. I sent in everything necessary to resolve these issues. I am a single mother and have been working to buy a home for me and my daughter. I sent letters, waited 30 days, NOTHING- I called the creditors- NOTHING. I am desperate to fix these issues. I keep getting the run around and no resolution. It is now approaching XXXX. I feel defeated and am asking for all 3 major bureaus to help assist me in investigating these fraudulent accounts and having them removed so I can move forward.
