I received a letter in the mail about a debt i have no knowledge of. This also clearly out of the statue of limitation in my state. This alleged debt seems to have been through a credit card company and then to collection agencies claiming I owe a balance with no original contract, nothing with my signature. no media of account statement of payments or first date of delinquency, I don't know this company and never authorize my information to be sold or transferred. This is against the privacy act and this is also time barred.
