I have recently reviewed my credit report and noticed some unauthorized accounts on my credit report and under 15 USC 1681a number 3. You ( XXXX, Transunion, XXXX ) assumed this role without permission. Not only that, you did not have my consent, you guys did not respect my right to privacy which is under 15 USC 1681a number 4. You did not exercise your grave responsibility. You were unfair and you were partial. I have already taken the liberty to file a CFPB report and an Attorney Generals complaint. You never had permissible purpose under 15 USC 1681b number 2. I never instructed you guys to furnish this report and I never consented to this report in the first place. What Im demanding is that you delete inaccurate information such as ALL inquirys and XXXX XXXX account it says the account was charged off in XXXX. 90 days late in XXXX and closed in XXXX. How can that be? The entire account is inaccurate, on XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX and has been for 2 years and has caused me serious harm. See attachments as proof. ( 2 ) The term serious harm means any harm, whether physical or nonphysical, including psychological, financial, or reputational harm, that is sufficiently serious, under all the surrounding circumstances, to compel a reasonable person of the same background and in the same circumstances to perform or to continue performing labor or services in order to avoid incurring that harm.
