XXXX has incorrect information on my credit report and according to FCRA, I have the right to an accurate credit report. The report says I opened account in XX/XX/2022 and made zero payments and XXXX payment amount and term was for one month. I never opened an account in XXXX or would agree to one month payment. The amount states {$2200.00}. Also same account XXXX XXXX, collection agency violated the FCRA : Debt collectors are not allowed to call friends or family members and discuss account. XXXX XXXX violated this 3 times by calling a family member discussing my account and asked them to pay {$1300.00}. Each violation is a fine of {$1000.00} and they have violated it 3 times.
