On XX/XX/2022 I went to capital one to buy XXXX XXXX euros =XXXX dollars I left the bank ( 20 minutes later I made the cancellation throw a phone call to the same location, they told me that my XXXX will be refund in 5 days!! It is exactly 2 month and they didnt put my money back ), I so many time I call the bank I speak with a least 5 supervisor etc the only answer it they still have a investigation, or some time they just tell me they dont know how long it will take!! It is look scan and feel frustrated, ( the bank told me the problem was that those type of transactions cant not be canceled, but they did it their employee did it over the phone!! I mentioned to the bank if you never call me to pick up the euros how is the process ( you order the money and the bank take 3-4 days to call you and tell you the money is ready ) I never receive the call because the transaction was cancelled!!! The problem is they are holding my money more than 2 months I am XXXX I am not working I need to cover my needs!! The bank dont wan na admit they internal problem! And I like a customer I am paying the consequences!! They line are recorded the only need to verify XX/XX/XXXX XXXX at XXXX approx to conclude the problem and refund my money.
