I have been trying to work with XXXX over several months in getting my payments documented. I reviewing my Credit report there is still months that have not been updated. I have made monthly payments to my mortgages and even made payments ahead and they are still showing no reporting in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX. This is not just on one account but several accounts. I have even sent them letters from my mortgage Company to verify the payments and their reporting. I don't understand why they can take up to 60 days to rectify an error but yet that delays the consumer and doing business because our credit scores of incorrect. and the ger a rapid rescore we have to pay for that.
