I filed a complaint with FCRA regarding XXXX XXXXXXXX and their response was not true or acceptable. They have failed to identify the charges and the slander further more The account is charged off, after the investigation XXXX XXXX was not only refused to own up to bank error and do the right thing. I have enclosed the many error they have made on my credit report. after the investigation he continued to slander my credit report with Late payment on charged off closed account up till the present day. How is a charged off closed account according to the FCRA rules fit into his action. It is illegal and it shows some serious arrogance and demonstrate discrimination and bullying. This Complaint as I am submitting the attached XXXX report where he took it upon himself to break the law again! This behavior shows bullying and have the sense they are above the law! I demand that his behavior faces the right penalty
