In XX/XX/2020 I had a recorded XXXX interview with the XXXX and XXXX company and was interested in joining their club. The agent I was on zoom told me it will be XXXX XXXX monthly and if I can invest that a week and i agreed and with that he asked me to sign a background check document and that I didnt need to fully read this 1 document its just to make sure Im not a XXXX. I did not sign anything regarding payment and documents I received had my copied electronic signature on 4 other pages when I knowingly only signed 1 and nothing else. My signature was electronically forged on other documents. I did not agree at all to paying {$1400.00} for the year and later he asked got off XXXX recording and asked for my card information and advised initiation was {$100.00} which I agreed to pay. I never attended any event and was charged multiple times of {$100.00} I had emailed the company that I had lost my job and the services needed to stop and that was in XXXX when Covid was arising. There is multiple scam complaints on XXXX with this company.
