The company never contacted me about Debt Collection and reported to the credit bureau that it was in collections. The original creditor is XXXX XXXX informed me and my fiance that there was no debt when we cancelled the contract, a contract that we entered into because we were promised things by the manager at the time which was rescinded a week later by the new manager. The original company that was hired to collect the debt said they closed their files on the case as there was no debt. See attached file. Never once did XXXX reach out to me to discuss this, which is why I am filing this complaint.
