Regarding response to original complaint # XXXX. Information is not accurate. Response is generic and doesnt help with the accuracy of my issue. My complaint is payment and interest reflection is incorrect. Ive made all my payments on time and most always before the due date for the full amount. In the companies response its stated that I didnt always make full payment/ and or consistently is incorrect. How is that statement correct when they acknowledge Ive never missed a payment? and stating my payment were not in full payment so more of my payment is applied to interest is incorrect. Again, my account has never missed a payment. My due date is the XXXX of every month and all my payments are made all before that date most of the time a week in advance, and in full + more {$50.00} more on almost all payment. Please again look into this matter which is urgent and time sensitive. I am still making payment on this account and having the same issue of more of my payment is going to interest instead of principal. Ive had this account for more than a year and as payment is made over time less of my payment should be going to interest and more toward my principal. I feel I am be robbed and not receiving an accurate response and information. This account is has been taking my money and not applying my payments correctly. Also the contact information provided to call is sent directly to a voicemail. No one answer the phone and are told someone will respond in 24hrs. Im confused an Executive line is a voicemail. Please again I am not happy with the service I am being provided and with this loan in it entirety. Again I am aware of the loan type but also know my payments are not being processed correctly as they should. I look forward to my account being corrected and incorrect payment funds be reimbursed to me and applied correctly to my principal. If possible I do not wish to do any further business with OneMain financial and would like exit this account immediately. Please let me any options. If need I will contact legal services to continue me in this matter. Thank you in advance and hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible
