My loan was transferred from XXXX to CMG in XXXX of XXXX after a lengthy process and lots of problems that I ended up filing a complaint on ( you can see all those details on my account here ). Now CMG is doing the same things pretty much. My home owners insurance was XXXX XX/XX/2022 and is now past due because CMG hasn't made the payment. I have been on the phone with approximately 8 people today and all know nothing about what is going on, I asked to talk to escrow and can't seem to get anyone to transfer me to escrow. I pay my payment every single month and they take my escrow out every single month yet they aren't paying the bills that it is to be utilized for. I called and verified with my insurance department that the bill was mailed to the right place and the loan number was correct, and asked them to fax it over to the number that one of the many representatives that I talked to had given me ( she did it while I was on the phone as well as emailed me a copy ), I know they have what they need to pay the bill, they are negligent. I have looked at this companies reviews on the internet and this is not an isolated problem, this is a MAJOR problem and is not okay. I just want to know that my stuff is being taken care of ... .last year I had to pay my taxes out of my pocket even though I paid escrow each month to cover that, and I never got reimbursed for it. Now, looks like I'll have to pay my insurance out of my pocket even though they have my money sitting in the escrow account to pay it. I've asked to not have my taxes and insurance escrowed and let me just handle it myself and was told that it is required that my loan has escrow.
