I had 4 payments from savings to a moving company that lied, they stole from us and broke many of our other things. ( over XXXX in stolen and damaged goods on top of the over XXXX we payed to get things back because they upped the prices after having our things, we were quoted under XXXX ) We are pursuing the XXXX but were also instructed by a law branch to reach out as they did not render services as promised and we should not be held accountable for the payments. Two of them came from savings withdrew directly from the account, the other two were sent from the bank through XXXX that was offered from the bank application. Upon reaching out they decided not to pursue helping and just closed the complaints. The claims were filed XX/XX/22 Transaction dates and amounts : XX/XX/22 to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( known as A-on-Time and now " closed '' ) {$1300.00} same group on XX/XX/22 {$880.00} Through XXXX to ( Flash boys moving ) XX/XX/22 {$480.00} XX/XX/22 {$1000.00} There was also cash given due to the company lying and making changes how I can pay after having my items loaded on the truck. I am aware I can not prove the cash was withdrawn to pay the movers ( despite it being withdrew the same day the XXXX was sent ) but I would like to be reimbursed for the amounts that can be proven. The moving company is a scam and services were not rendered. They did not complete their end of the service. The insurance on the paperwork was not able to be utilized because the company closed.
