Equifax has continued to report incorrect information for several years to the point where Im going to proceed with legal action. there is a closed XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX account # : XXXX opened on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$7300.00} and paid off on XX/XX/XXXX. it shows as having a 60 late payment on in XX/XX/XXXX. I have disputed this item several times over the past few years and it has been removed and it keeps popping back up on my report. I am sick of Equifax 's ineptitude and they need to fix the reporting of this vehicle loan immediately to paid as agreed with no late payments. I have an official letter from XXXX stating that there was never any late payments on this account. FIX THE PROBLEM EQUIFAX!
