Wells Fargo has stated that two of my loans have been charged off and it is showing on my credit report. One is in the amount of XXXX the other one is XXXX. I am a physician and placed these loans in a XXXX relief program. I set up payment arrangements at {$300.00} a month and they have reported that these loans are in default even though they have sold their loans to XXXX XXXX XXXX which I pay on monthly. They also sent the balances to my taxes which I had to pay {$6000.00} on. In order for a loan to go into default it has to have no payment for six months and this Was NOT the case. I have received NO phone calls or paperwork on these loans! I want them to go back and look at the notes of my wife and I calling in to make arrangements. Wells Fargo is lazy and you never get the same person on the phone twice. They make it almost impossible! I have ALOT of student loans from medical school and have NEVER defaulted on anything. I want this taken off my credit report. Wells Fargo has been in several class action lawsuits for their sketchy practices and this is NO exception! I am a physician and my credit report is taking a huge hit because of Wells Fargos shady dealings. The next step in this process is to hire an attorney.
