In or around the beginning of XX/XX/2022, I contacted Freedom Mortgage and communicated that my loan/mortgage account with them was reflecting that it was " refinanced, '' but it was simply paid off and not refinanced. Additionally, the comments on my credit files also incorrectly reflect that it was refinanced. Freedom Mortgage assured me that this would be corrected, but it has not been.
