I applied for a small installment payday loan on the Possible finance app on my phone Friday afternoon of XX/XX/22 and was approved for {$75.00} dollars. The app said the money would be deposited directly into my checking account XX/XX/22 before XXXX. The day came and went and no deposit arrived. I contacted Possible finance through the help center on their app stating I had received no deposits and sent screenshots of my bank statement and the actual message from Possible Finance about the deposit date information. I was advised via email to wait another day I was already extremely suspect but what option did I have? I wait another day, still no deposit, I reached out through the help center of the app for about the fourth time and was told to wait another day I sent more screenshots and asked the loan to be canceled as I did not wan to to pay this shady company for money I didnt receive. I got no response after that. My first installment is due XX/XX/22 but I never received these funds. I believe this Possible Finance is acting unethically and preying on desperate people for small loans with large interest rates that never get deposited.
