This is my first complaint against Capital One Auto Finance. I have been disputing this account for over a year now. Capital One has ignored my request to provide me with all documentation in their possession pertaining to this account. I have sent two request to them via certified mail and have never received a response. I need these documents because I strongly believe that Capital One Auto Finance is in violation of multiple laws and I honestly feel that's why they haven't provided the information. So at this point I don't know why they are still reporting this account to my credit reports when its clear they don't have the proof. Oh, here is my tracking number # XXXX
