On XX/XX/2022 a transaction was disputed and returned to my account on XX/XX/2022. However the refund has not been refunded through Chime. I contacted Chime only to be snuffed. I was transfer between five departments, I verified my identity XXXX times, and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I was then told by a supervisor that she could not verify my identity. Chime bank customer support is ridiculous.
