I am in a process of refinancing the loan that I have with Fay Servicing and need a payoff statement from them. We have called several times every day for over 10 days requesting it, and have heard from them that we will get it by the end of the day, which hasn't occurred. The closing already had to be rescheduled 2 times, and TODAY ( XX/XX/2022 ) is my deadline to have it closed. Fay Servicing still haven't submitted it. They keep that " calling them won't make any difference, '' and that " they will submit it when they submit it. '' I need help. I feel disrespected, haven't been able to go to work in XXXX, as the closing is in XXXX, and each day that Fay Servicing is denying to submit this document, the extra interest is being added as per their own benefit as if it was no consumer protection that would protect the client in a situation like this. If needed, I have records of all calls and emails sent to Fay Servicing.
