On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified by a lender of debt on credit report as a result I reached out to the company and disputed the account as I didn't have a homeowners policy with XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX and both companies told me that if I could send proof with declarations from a different policy they would remove the debt. I have requested validation from XXXX XXXX and the collection agency specifically a signed contract/policy with my signature. What XXXX XXXX sent is backdated for XXXX but dated XX/XX/XXXX and without my signature anywhere. XXXX XXXX is only sending invoices which anyone could produce without a contract of anyone owing or obligated. There was no mutual consent, meeting of minds, nor an offer and acceptance between myself and XXXX XXXX. For approximately XXXX months emails were sent pleading with me to sign homeowners documents. As of today I still have not received any validation from the collection agency despite my requests. When I disputed the debt in XXXX, they didn't send validation. Today, I was told I would receive whatever they had in XXXX weeks but in the meantime with multiple hours of life wasted this fraudulent debt is costing my family more than the XXXX but tremendous distress anxiety and XXXX hospitalization.
