Good morning ; I have noticed identity theft someone with my same name used my information to a company I never herd of and they have posted it in my credit report. I contact the credit Berau Transunion and they hanged up on me many times after I sent a register letter letting them know that by law they were not supposed to put items that are not mine on my credit report and they have it there causing me to hurt my credit report and having negative item in there. I spoke to Transunion supervisor and she hanged up on me telling me that a company can damage my credit report and report soemething is not mine. I need help I have the proof that I have sent a letter to them asking them to provide me a signature or something that was done by me and they never sent me but they receive the letter I sent and they said they do not need to follow the federal law and they will investigate and not erase soemthing is not mine and I have called them and ask them to removed because is not mine and is putten in there. I am scare that they will keep putten more things please need help
