This refers to Case Number : XXXX with Equifax. I STILL CAN NOT ACCESS MY EQUIFAX ACCOUNT ONLINE OR TO GET MY CREDIT REPORT AND XXXX SCORE. I received a closed notice on this dispute but it STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. On XX/XX/2022, I received an email from Equifax ( Dispute Confirmation Number : XXXX ) that the dispute was resolved. I then went online and it still is not resolved. I get this message : Please give us a call and give this code to the Agent : XXXX -- Your Equifax credit report and score are not available at this time due to a technical error. Please call Customer Care at XXXX ( XXXX ). Our call center hours are : XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX ( ET ), Monday through Friday, and XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX ( ET ) Saturday and Sunday. We are temporarily unable to provide your credit score. Please try again later. So, I call the number and a new case is opened because no one knows why I am not getting my report or score. They said they will escalate this but they never do. This happened the last time with NO RESOLUTION. The new dispute confirmation number is XXXX. Please, CFPB, you dropped the ball on this one and nothing has been done. I thought your function was to protect us ( the consumer ) against this type of illegal activity by Equifax. I want this resolved.
