On XX/XX/2022 I mailed you a letter disputing Bankruptcy information contained in consumer reports compiled, maintained, and published by you, allegedly concerning the following XXXX per XXXX. records, you received my dispute letter on XX/XX/2022 ( XXXX ), XX/XX/2022 ( XXXX ), and XX/XX/2022 ( Experian ). Accordingly, as per the FCRA, you were required to conduct a reasonable investigation and delete the disputed information as I requested before the end of the XXXX period on the date on which you received my dispute letter. Here, you received my dispute letter on XX/XX/2022 ( XXXX ), XX/XX/2022 ( XXXX ), and XX/XX/2022 ( Experian ) ; therefore your response was due on or by XXXX 30 days+. Instead of sending me a response letter with the results of your investigation of the disputed information, you mailed me a letter dated XX/XX/2022 ( Experian ), XX/XX/2022 ( XXXX ), XX/XX/2022 ( XXXX ) claiming you verified the information as accurate. Clearly, you have willfully failed to delete the disputed information as I have requested. Instead of deleting the disputed information you willfully failed to conduct a reasonable investigation of my dispute because you verified the information as accurate. However, your excuse or assumption is not a valid reason under the FCRA to not reinvestigate my dispute. Note, that you have not made any reasonable determination that my dispute was frivolous or irrelevant. Nor have you sent me a notice of such determination that complies with the FCRA. Furthermore, I directly disputed the completeness and/or accuracy of the information contained in my consumer file as per the FCRA. Your failure to reinvestigate is an intentional and/or negligent FCRA violation XXXX As a result of your conduct as described above, you shall promptly delete the disputed information. Be advised, that this is not another dispute or opportunity for you to reinvestigate a previous dispute. The allowable period to conduct such an investigation has expired and shall not be extended by law. Within 10 days delete the disputed information as requested.
