XX/XX/2022 I Applied For Forbearance On Home Mortage As They Were Showing On Ther Web Site With Community Loan ( Formally Bay View Loan SVS. ) & They Said They Could Help With That Up To 6 Months Or Up To A Year I Sent Application In & They Responded With Ok & That They Were Going To Re Look At It 90 Days Out So They Did They Asked Me If I Was Still Strugling & I Responded Yes/ That Was XX/XX/2022 & At End Of XXXX I Got A Letter From Another Company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) That Was A Dept Collector On Loan I Then Tried To Go On Line Where My Account Was ( Community Loan ) To See What Was Going On & Site Was No Longer Avaliable To Me & I Have Been Talking With XXXX XXXX XXXX. Since Then & Trying To Get Some Help With Lower Payment Or Loan Modification. I Then Found Out That Former Lender ( Community : Loan Did Not Put It In Forberance But They Differed Payments Instead. I Went To XXXX On Line For Help & They Are No Longer Accepting Applications At This Time. My Next Steep Is Looking Localy To See If I Can Get A New Loan With New Lender
