XXXX and or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX these accounts were properly investigated and came back as verified. However how is that true when there are several inaccuracies on my report? As a consumer I request to know all the steps your agency took to insure items were 100 % accurate under 15 USC 1681 ( 7 ) method of verification description of reinvestigation procedure. Account Name : XXXX ( 7 line items ) Account Number : XXXX Company does not have a Surety bond and is not lawfully collecting debts in the State of Texas nor California Please investigate if every piece of information is correct. If not, please remove it from my credit report. Wet ink Signature provided was not my signature but yet they still try to pursue this debt even though I have provided police report. Company does not hold Surety bond in Texas or California and still reporting this debt on my report. The company has passed the statute of limitation on debts that are not even mine and should not be reporting on my credit report..
