Filed a complaint against XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, for inaccurate reporting to the CRA, particularly XXXX. Until then, this issue has not been resolved. Nor has XXXX provided verification and validation of such debt. I am requesting immediate action on this item by informing the company to cease and desist from reporting inaccurate information to my credit report. This violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, not to mention Defamation of Character. I have been a victim of identity theft and have been fighting since XXXX to keep my file updated. Hence, I am taking a vigilant approach to protecting my credit report and XXXX score, which as of a couple of days ago was 755. Because of this erroneous reporting, my XXXX score has dropped 60 points. Reporting the medical collection also violates my HIPAA rights as I do not and have not ever had a medical account with Paramount Recovery Services.
