My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am filing a complaint I have an account that is showing me at 30-60 days late and at the time my income was affected by the Pandemic cutbacks. I am aware that the CARESACTwas allowing for consumer protection under the CARES act with creditors offering accommodations. I have on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are showing late pays I have since paid my account off in full and I would like my account to reflect the current status to help protect the integrity of my credit profile. This late pay has seriously HURT my score and stoping me from closing on a loan that I need for my home. I am asking for a onetime forgiveness for the Late pay to be removed so I can move forward with my Loan.
