On my credit report with XXXX it shows I have 14 accounts/ loans. My loans have been in forbearance and/ or a {$0.00} payment re-payment plan. My account shows that the loans were late but I never had a payment due because I didnt have a payment. I have spoken to XXXX many times and they said that they can not undue the mistakes that someone else made on my account because they can not verify what that person said. But the fact of the matter is I never had a payment to make. I have requested that the three credit bureaus investigate the accounts many times but the accounts are never corrected and the late/ missed payment reporting still shows. Now that the account is closed I can not do anything. This information is hindering me from be able to securing funding and operate my business. In accordance to 15 U.S.C. 1681a 602a the information furnished and being reported is inaccurate and causing tremendous burden.
