Without warning or notice, I had the Sheriff 's Office serving Warrant in Debt papers at my house -- EMBARRASSING -- and then looking at the paperwork to see that it was for a family member who DOES NOT live in my house, NEVER HAS. I contacted the Sheriff 's Office to notify them. I am still getting letters to MY home and nobody else lives here. I am the homeowner and ONLY RESIDENT. What kind of horrible company files a suit against someone without knowing the person they seek is actually THERE? I have REPEATEDLY returned mail to sender, marked the mailpiece as such, filed complaints with the USPS because I'm tired of getting mail sent to my address that isn't mine.
