Transunion is not conducting investigations of any sort. In a previous complaint, I submitted documents from their known vendors such as XXXX and XXXX that no public record was reported to the organization. I also supplied a court letter that was most recently sent to me. After seeing Transunion state that the public record was verified by the courts, allow me to resend a court letter that was sent in previously to Transunion directly in which they state my claim was frivolous. Transunion appears to be willing to intentionally keep consumer credit reports low by maintaining unverified information.
