I recently pulled a my credit report with XXXX and noticed this MoneyLion Inc has still been reporting negatively after a bankruptcy filing in XX/XX/XXXX they been continuing to report up until XX/XX/XXXX when I notified the company they insisted the information they were reporting was accurate I then contacted XXXX about the issue and again they verified the information is correct. To my knowledge this is a violation of FCRA both creditors and bureaus have an obligation to report only accurate information. This is a closed account and was included in a XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy which was successfully discharged if I'm not mistaken this can be seen as a violation of bankruptcy law as well as this can be seen as still attempting to collect on a debt
