I submitted dispute 3 times for Experian to verify this account for accuracy and even have a pending complaint the CFPB but the account came back verfiied 2-3 days after the complaint submitted but not showing updated w/ the CFPB .. Experian did not look into my dispute nothing Per the FCRA i have the right to complete investigation and Experian did not do that The following account was charged on XX/XX/XXXX but Experian continues to report charge off every month which this is an update on my payment history from my understanding a charge off account is a dead account and should not have a active payment history Experian has failed to fix this issue " per there response This item remained unchanged from our processing of your dispute in XX/XX/XXXX "
