Ive reached out to TransUnion in a recent dispute and asked for the account with XXXX XXXX to be verified to its completeness and if it couldnt be to 100 % fullness ; to delete the account from my credit report. I received notification that the reinvestigation was accurately completed on XX/XX/2022, but there still remained errors that werent satisfactorily verified. Credit reporting laws ensure that credit bureaus report only 100 % accurate information and that every step must be taken to assure the information is completely accurate and correct. The following information, therefore, is not. The law states that, in general, after every reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall ( i ) promptly delete the item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that the item of information as appropriate based on the results of the reinvestigation. After the reinvestigation, Ive noticed that the date of last payment remains incorrect and the account status and monthly payment amount remains incomplete, in which is inaccurate.
