I tried using the dispute methods available. They had no effect. I contacted the company, requesting an appointment to view charges on this account. I was denied, and told if I had a problem that I would have to dispute it with XXXX. I sent letters using the FCRA. My last effort was a demand for my all file sent to the XXXX via XXXX, it was signed for almost 2 months ago. Still have received nothing but incorrect, negative reports to the credit agencies.
