XXXX Account name : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX DE Re ; Fraudulent credit line cash advances This credit card authorized cash advances without my for knowledge or me being aware I paid for things and cash advances due to having my Fidelity account linked to the capital one account and XXXX XXXX card. Ones realizing this they closed my accounts denied me access to them then continued to charge me interest and forbearance charges in principle mounting the total to an astronomical sum. I need this to be vindicated and resolved they changed the original card numbers ending in XXXX and XXXX to other cards said they sent new ones without even asking me then retracted and said they closed the accounts I disputed everything they made a decision in less than 24 hour when there policy is 60-90 days. I distrust there disputes and am complaining due to being lied to by 7 agents saying 7 different things about the same questions I asked over and over.
