I have identified information on my consumer credit file that is a direct result of identity theft. These items on my consumer report are not related to any transactions unknowingly authorized. There are variation of companies name, account numbers are incomplete, variations of balances. If there are 36 entries on my consumer credit file combine with all three of the major consumer reporting agencies which are XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. My Social Security number, my date of birth and other sensitive information has been compromised by all three major credit reporting agencies which include XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX all three agencies have had data breaches. Within the last 60 days some of these transactions have appeared on my credit file. On XX/XX/2022 my credit score has plummeted over 100 points. SEE ATTACHMENTS
