In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. I am extremely upset with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX unfair practices. I contacted and updated my employmentinformation 2 and half months ago with them. Your system says it isstill pending. I called previously numerous times to check on status if it was update and still to no avail. I recently, once again called to check again for updatesand the agent told me that they do not have my job informationin the system. She took my job information and was advised that they will contact my employer to update the payment plan again. However, recentlyyou placed the balance of {$660.00} on my credit file in whichI never received any letter or call in regards to you reporting this on my file. This is unacceptable. I have done my part to ensure that you are up to date with my job and this is how you treat fathers. You can't treat law abiding father 's with this unfair practice. We have a voice. We matter so do the right thing. There should be a full investigation into this matter.
