so for some backstory, I am a XXXX-year-old man that doesn't know how to access my bank account without one of my kids or grandkids helping me. I am on disability and XXXX and spend most of my time with my wife of over 35 years and son who is helping me write this. Details : I recently noticed a {$120.00} charge on my account and later showed it to my son, who said it was unusual ; initially, I thought it was a XXXX charge ; I contacted Wells Fargo earlier on XX/XX/XXXX and they refunded the charge on XX/XX/XXXX ; my son and I dug deeper in my account and discovered a charge of XXXX dating back to XX/XX/XXXX and almost every month until my complaint ; We discovered that the organization went by the aliases ( XXXX ) and ( XXXX XXXX ) and that it is not even located in the same state as me. This organization has stolen over {$2200.00} from my account in total. This is why I am requesting your assistance, as I have submitted a claim to Wells Fargo and they refused and closed my claim on XX/XX/XXXX. thank you for listening to me and thank you.
