my medical insurance would cover this. them failing to file it and or incorrectly per my insurance policy and the contract with them and my insurance if they file incorrectly or do not file I am not responsible for the balance. per my policy ER visits are only copay. this company continues to call me when I ve asked them to not call my work phone not only is this a HIPAA violation but to add to things they thing it's OK to report the debt and then wait a few months and report the same debt. I've previously deputed this debt they never validate the debt. it will disappear and then they will add it again months later with a new date to start the aging process and statue of limitations over. apparently the FCRA and laws do not apply to them..
