XXXX XXXX has been harassing me for a medical bill that was already paid by insurance, also it never provided me with a validation of debt in the event the debt was real, contacted previous provider and was advised they do not do business with that collection agency and they can not verify the debt is owed, have file a dispute with credit bureaus and has been remove from two of them however they refuse to have it remove from XXXX, they have been contacting me to collect a debt that is not owed.
