I decided to dispute my credit report with all three credit reporting agencies due to the inaccurate information reported by Bridgecrest. After waiting the required 30 days, I received a response indicating that the information was correct. I am not clear on the law or the rules about how each Credit Bureau collects and researches erroneous information in a dispute, but I am clear about the facts of the letter that I received from Bridgecrest advising me of my next scheduled due date on XX/XX/XXXX.
