I disputed XXXX account due to some fraud, but nothing happened in over 90 days. The dispute started around XXXX of XXXX. I was notified by my landlord that I had to move and found myself XXXX due to the housing situation. I needed to raise my scores. I elected to settle with XXXX without prejudice until I am no longer XXXX and can deal with it. I am the XXXXXXXX of a XXXX XXXX person so I had to set my priorities. I obtained a settlement letter, paid the amount, and have proof that they have cashed the agreed upon amount yet after the the settlement was made the account is still being reported incorrectly on my credit reports. I have worked very hard to resolve this and yet I can not get an accurate rendering of the account on my credit reports.
