XX/XX/2022. {$100.00} unauthorized charge. I immediately called Ally and the hold times were very long. They finally allowed me to cancel and get a new debit card and file a dispute for the charge. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and I have heard nothing and am still missing my {$100.00}. And it looks like many other Ally customers are being charged as well. Where is the statement that they are aware of the issue and doing something?
