XXXX XXXX This gym open a membership account without my knowledge they sent the account into collection and I was not aware I owe them anything Ive never step foot inside a gym I reach out to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022 I explain to them the situation how I was sent to collections for some thing Im not aware of they told me I had to option I had to pay them the {$280.00}. or I have to create a brand new account and they will forgive me for the balance that I owed. Until this day XXXX XXXX have no record of me checking into the gym the only record they have of me check check into the gym was yesterday when I called the rep thats the only record they have its been over almost a year they have no record of me stepping foot in the gym
